This is an exciting opportunity to help design and deploy next-generation AI solutions that power intelligent agents, natural language interfaces, and knowledge-driven applications.What you’ll be doing:· Building and optimising LLM-based solutions for summarisation, semantic search, dialogue systems, and reasoning.· Developing agentic workflows using LLMs, tools, APIs, and data pipelines.· Fine-tuning and aligning models using prompt engineering, RAG, RLHF, and knowledge grounding.· Working on multi-modal AI pipelines combining LLMs, computer vision, knowledge graphs, and structured data.· Collaborating with engineers, data teams, and product stakeholders to bring AI models into production.What we’re looking for:· 5+ years’ experience in AI, ML, or intelligent agent development.· Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.· Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, or similar orchestration frameworks.· Knowledge of RAG pipelines, vector databases, and modern AI system design.· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.Recruitment processThe role has recently opened so please apply.
