We’re looking for an AI Consultant to help organizations design, implement, and scale AI-driven solutions that solve real business problems. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to identify opportunities for AI, translate business needs into technical solutions, and guide end-to-end AI adoption—from strategy to deployment.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with clients to understand business challenges and identify AI use casesDesign AI strategies aligned with organizational goals and data maturityEvaluate, select, and implement AI/ML models and tools (e.g., predictive models, NLP, computer vision, generative AI)Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholdersCollaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver solutionsSupport data preparation, model validation, and performance evaluationAdvise on AI governance, ethics, privacy, and responsible AI practicesTrain client teams and support change management during AI adoptionStay current with emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry trendsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field3+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or analytics (consulting experience preferred)Strong understanding of ML algorithms, model lifecycle, and data pipelinesExperience with Python, R, SQL, or similar toolsFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and AI servicesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to balance technical depth with business practicalityPreferred QualificationsExperience deploying AI solutions in production environmentsKnowledge of generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineeringExperience in a specific industry (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail, manufacturing)Consulting, advisory, or client-facing experienceUnderstanding of AI governance, compliance, and ethical AI frameworksKey SkillsAI & Machine LearningData Analysis & ModelingBusiness Process OptimizationStrategic ThinkingClient Consulting & PresentationProblem SolvingCross-functional CollaborationWhat We OfferOpportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projectsExposure to diverse industries and business challengesCompetitive compensation and benefitsContinuous learning and professional developmentCollaborative and innovative work environment Show more Show less
