Your RoleAs part of Capgemini Invent's Intelligent Industry team in the Middle East, you will work on high-impact transformation programs for leading industrial clients across manufacturing, energy, logistics, and process industries, across specific profilesYour role will vary based on your experience level, but will generally include:Leading or contributing to end-to-end consulting engagements - from diagnostic and strategy to implementation.Designing and delivering solutions in one or more of the following areas:Supply Chain: e.g., visibility, planning, optimization, S&OPSmart Plant: e.g., Industry 4.0, IoT, MES, digital twinsInsights for Intelligent Industry: e.g., AI/ML use cases, predictive models, operational intelligenceCollaborating with multidisciplinary teams including data engineers, architects, and domain expertsManaging client relationships, facilitating workshops, and presenting recommendations to C-level stakeholdersDeveloping business cases, roadmaps, and implementation Executing workstreams, conduct analyses, and support deliveryThis is an opportunity to work in one of the world's most dynamic regions, on projects that matter with clients who are serious about transformation.Your Skills and Experience The skills, level of expertise, and years of experience required will vary depending on the seniority of the role you're applying for.Must-have: 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics consulting, or data-driven transformation in industrial settingsStrong ability to translate business problems into analytical frameworks and actionable insightsExperience designing and implementing data strategies, analytics roadmaps, or reporting solutions for operations/manufacturingProficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau) and working with large datasetsUnderstanding of industrial processes and KPIs (OEE, MTBF, yield, quality metrics, supply chain performance, etc.)Proven track record of delivering business cases, executive dashboards, and data-driven recommendationsExcellent communication skills in English (verbal and written), ability to present to senior stakeholdersNice-to-have: Experience with advanced analytics concepts (predictive analytics, prescriptive analytics) without necessarily coding models yourselfFamiliarity with data governance, data cataloging, or ontology frameworksKnowledge of cloud analytics platforms (Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks)Understanding of AI/ML use cases in industrial contexts (predictive maintenance, quality prediction, process optimization)Familiarity with the Middle East or industrial markets (manufacturing, energy, FMCG, retail)Knowledge of Arabic Why you should consider CapgeminiCapgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
