We are partnering with a leading regional organization to appoint a Head of Data & Intelligence—a critical leadership role driving enterprise-wide data strategy, analytics maturity, and business intelligence across multiple markets.This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how data informs decision-making at the executive level, enabling commercial growth, operational efficiency, and digital transformation.The RoleAs Head of Data & Intelligence, you will define and lead the organization’s data vision, governance, and analytics capabilities across the region. You will build and scale a high-performing team while embedding a data-driven culture across business functions.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & LeadershipDefine and execute the enterprise data & analytics strategy aligned with business objectivesAct as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on data-driven decision makingLead, mentor, and scale a regional data, BI, and analytics teamData & AnalyticsOversee data architecture, warehousing, and governance frameworksDrive advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and AI/ML initiativesTranslate complex data into actionable insights for commercial and operational teamsBusiness Intelligence & ReportingEstablish best-in-class dashboards and reporting frameworksStandardize KPIs and performance tracking across marketsImprove data accessibility and self-service analytics capabilitiesTransformation & InnovationLead data transformation initiatives and modernize data infrastructureEvaluate and implement new tools, platforms, and technologiesFoster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvementRequirements12–15+ years of experience in data, analytics, or business intelligenceProven leadership experience managing large, cross-functional teamsStrong background in data strategy, governance, and architectureExperience with modern BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data platformsExposure to AI/ML and advanced analytics is highly preferredStrong commercial acumen and ability to influence C-level stakeholdersExperience in regional or multi-market environments is a plus
