We are currently looking to hire an experienced and talented Chief AI Solution Architect to join a global industry-leading Digital Business Consulting firm, based in their Dubai office, to lead pursuits and delivery of cutting-edge digital projects for their clients across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and wider Middle East region.RESPONSIBILITIESAI Architecture Authority and Delivery LeadershipDefine end-to-end AI solution architectures spanning data platforms, AI/ML pipelines, GenAI stacks, application integration, cloud infrastructure, security, and MLOpsAct as design authority for complex, multi-vendor AI programs, ensuring architectural coherence from use-case design through build, deployment, and scaleLead delivery of AI solutions, directing internal teams and partners, ensuring solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and responsible AI requirementsTranslate business and functional requirements into actionable AI solution designsOriginate and shape AI-led opportunities across priority industriesLead AI solutioning for proposals, bids, and pursuitsAct as a trusted advisor to client executives on AI strategy, investment prioritisation, and value realisation, linking AI use cases to measurable business outcomesContribute towards the firm's AI solution architecture capabilityREQUIRED EXPERIENCE10+ years of total experience, across AI, data, solution architecture, and technology leadership rolesDemonstrated track record leading large-scale AI or data-driven transformation programs in consulting or complex enterprise environmentsProven experience owning AI solutioning for client pursuits and translating AI capabilities into commercial impactBachelor's degree required; master's degree or PhD in a relevant field strongly preferredCloud, AI, or data architecture certifications are highly desirablePrior consulting, multi-client delivery, and ecosystem partner management experience is a strong advantageDeep expertise in enterprise AI solution architecture, including data platforms, ML engineering, GenAI/LLM architectures, application integration, cloud, security, and MLOpsProven ability to design and deliver AI solutions that move from experimentation to production at scaleExperience with modern AI stacks and platforms (e.g., cloud AI services, open-source ML frameworks, vector databases, orchestration and monitoring tools)Executive-level communication and influencing skills, with the ability to bridge business strategy and advanced AI engineeringProfessional-level English communication skills are essentialIf you are an experienced and driven AI Solution Architect with high-level leadership and mature market Consulting experience we'd like to hear from you!
